  2. Open Dashboard, then Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account and submit the request.

  2. Select Delete account, which opens this page.
  3. Follow the website steps above.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request, and we will confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted

When the request is processed, the following are permanently erased from your account and cannot be recovered:

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, Instagram handle, and profile and cover photos
  • Your tickets and their QR codes, and any passes saved from them, which stop working
  • Your RSVPs and reservations
  • Your saved events and the organizations you follow
  • Your notifications, notification settings, and registered devices
  • Your SMS subscriptions and message history
  • Your support tickets and any job applications
  • Your memberships of any organization team

What is kept, and for how long

Some records cannot be erased along with your account, because other people and our legal obligations depend on them. In each case your account is unlinked from the record first, so what remains no longer identifies you.

This is the distinction to keep in mind: your copy of an order or ticket is deleted along with your account, while the transaction record of a sale that already happened is kept in anonymized form, because an organizer was paid and the sale has to remain accountable. The same event exists as two records, and only one of them survives.

Kept and unlinked:

  • Events you hosted, so attendees keep their tickets and their history of the event
  • Payment disputes and chargebacks, which we are required to retain for financial and legal purposes
  • Invitations you sent or accepted to an organization
  • Security and audit logs, retained for fraud prevention and account security

Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are governed by Stripe’s own retention obligations and are not deleted by this request. We do not store your card details.

Retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy. The anonymized transaction records described above may be retained indefinitely where needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes. They are no longer linked to you.

When deletion cannot go ahead yet

We will decline a deletion request in three cases, and tell you which one applies so you can resolve it:

  • You own an organization. Transfer ownership to someone else, or delete the organization, then try again.
  • You have an open payment dispute. Wait for it to be resolved.
  • You hold a valid ticket to an event that has not happened yet. Attend the event, or request a refund from the organizer where their policy allows it.

If one of these applies we will tell you which, so you can resolve it and request deletion again. Once none of them apply, the deletion is carried out and is permanent.
