Accessibility Statement

Last Modified: June 2, 2026 · Version 1.0

Clubly LLC (“Clubly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that our website, mobile applications, and related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”) are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to discover events, purchase tickets, and host experiences on Clubly regardless of ability or the technology they use.

We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make the Platform usable for as many people as possible.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Clubly aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We also work toward consistency with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard; we are actively working to address those areas.

Clubly is, at this time, partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are committed to ongoing work to reach and maintain full conformance.

Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

Clubly takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of the Platform:

  • Building interfaces with semantic HTML, descriptive labels, and ARIA attributes where appropriate so they work with assistive technologies.
  • Designing for keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and logical reading order.
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast and supporting text resizing without loss of content or functionality.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
  • Considering accessibility as part of our design and development process and reviewing new features against accessibility guidelines.
  • Welcoming feedback from users and incorporating accessibility improvements over time.

Compatibility With Browsers and Assistive Technology

The Platform is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major web browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on both desktop and mobile devices. It is intended to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies such as screen readers (including VoiceOver, TalkBack, and NVDA) and operating-system accessibility features such as zoom, high-contrast modes, and reduced-motion settings.

The Platform relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Where JavaScript is required for a feature to function, we work to ensure that the experience remains usable with assistive technologies. If any content is not available due to your specific browser or assistive technology configuration, please contact us using the details below.

Third-Party Content and Organizer-Provided Material

Clubly operates as a marketplace where independent event organizers create event pages and upload their own content, including images, descriptions, and media. We also integrate third-party services for functions such as payment processing, maps, and messaging. We do not control the accessibility of organizer-provided content or third-party services, but we encourage organizers to provide accessible content and we work with our service providers to improve accessibility across the experience.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the Platform, there may be some limitations. Known areas where we are continuing to improve include:

  • Some organizer-uploaded images may lack descriptive alternative text that we do not control.
  • Certain interactive or media-rich elements may not yet be fully optimized for every assistive technology.
  • Some third-party embedded components may not fully meet the same accessibility standards.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know so we can address it.

Feedback and Contacting Us

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Clubly Platform. If you encounter accessibility barriers, need information in an alternative format, or would like to request assistance with a transaction, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, complete the transaction, or otherwise assist you:

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are committed to maintaining and improving the accessibility of the Platform over time. We review this Accessibility Statement periodically and update it as our Platform and accessibility practices evolve.

This Accessibility Statement reflects our commitment to making the Clubly Platform usable by everyone. It does not create any contractual rights or obligations beyond those set forth in our Terms of Use.
