Clubly Does Not Sell Your Personal Information

Clubly LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.

We share personal information with third-party service providers strictly to operate our platform. These include:

  • Stripe — Payment processing (as required to complete transactions)
  • Twilio — SMS verification and alerts (with your explicit consent)
  • Amazon Web Services — Infrastructure and database hosting
  • Mixpanel — Product analytics to improve our service
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery

These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Clubly.
